Q. Do you use environmentally friendly cleaning chemicals?

Q. Do you offer any additional specialist cleaning services?
A. Yes, we offer a range of extra services from carpet cleaning to window cleaning, or if you need something in particular cleaned we can provide an individual quote. For more cleaning options, see our Services.  
 

Q. Does Green Squad offer commercial cleaning services?
A. Yes, we provide cleaning services to commercial offices and strata buildings. For more information, see Commercial Cleaning under our Services.
 

Q. How much does a Standard Clean cost? 
A. Since every home is different, we offer a no obligation, FREE custom quote at your home to give you an exact cost based on your requirements. The initial clean will incur a higher fee to comprehensively clean to Green Squads standards. Thereafter, your regular fee will begin. Q. Do you provide weekly cleans? 
A. Yes. We can clean your home on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. This can be done while you're at work so that you can arrive home to sparkling clean home.
 

Q. How regularly do I need to clean my carpet?
A. It is recommended that your carpet is cleaned every 6 to 12 months depending on the amount of foot traffic encountered. If you suffer from dust allergies, it is recommended that you have your carpet cleaned on a more regular basis.
 

Q. What is a Home Personal Assistant?
A. A Home Personal Assistant is your own personal helper that can assist you with the day-to-day activities of managing and running your home.
 

Q. What kinds of things can a Home Personal Assistant do?
A. The choice is yours - we can cater to many needs, for example, we walk dogs, meet tradesmen, organise moving home and provide shopping services, etc.

 

Q. How do you charge for Home Personal Assistants? 
A. We charge a standard hourly rate. More difficult requests that require specialist knowledge or experience will incur a higher rate.
 

Q. How do I coordinate access to my home?
A. There are a number of options. We can organise pickup of your keys prior, keep a secure copy of your key for easier access or you could arrange access via your concierge if available.

A. Green Squad services Sydney's eastern and inner city suburbs.

A. You can pay for Green Squad services in cash. We also accept EFT and credit card.
